Our founder’s journey started when my father immigrated from Guatemala, determined to build a better future for his family. With little more than determination and a set of tools, he began working as a carpenter. His reputation quickly grew, not only for his skill with wood but also for his honesty, reliability, and the pride he brought to every project.

Those values of integrity, craftsmanship, and dedication became the foundation of our family and of this company. What began as one man’s effort to provide for his loved ones has grown into a full-service construction business that still carries those same principles forward today.

Inspired by his journey, I founded Deleon e Hijo Construction to carry that legacy into the future. Today, my father and I work side by side, combining his decades of hands-on experience with my drive to grow and modernize the business.
